Daily Mileage Allowance
Each motorcycle or scooter listed on Easy Renter includes a defined daily mileage allowance. You can find this mileage allowance on each listing by selecting a day in the reservation calendar.
Generally, the average on Easy Renter is 200 km per rental day. However, the allowance may vary depending on the model, based on the decision of the professional who owns the vehicle.
Calculate your mileage allowance
– The total mileage allowance for your rental is automatically calculated when selecting your dates in the reservation calendar. It is displayed just below the total amount of the reservation. This allows you to easily see the total number of kilometers included in your rental.
What happens if you exceed the mileage allowance?
At the beginning of each rental (check-in inspection), the rental provider will note the motorcycle’s odometer reading on the rental contract.
When returning the motorcycle or scooter (check-out inspection), the provider will once again record the odometer reading of the rented vehicle. If the total mileage allowance is exceeded compared to the starting mileage, the difference will be charged at €0.70 per excess kilometer. This rate may reach €0.90 for certain vehicles on the platform.
Additional mileage option
Depending on your plans, your mileage needs may vary during a rental. To accommodate all motorcycle rides and road trips, Easy Renter offers an additional mileage option.
By selecting this option, you can add 50 km, 100 km, or 150 km per rented day. These options allow you to plan your motorcycle outing accordingly and avoid exceeding the included mileage.
